New Research: Breakfast may Help Burn More
Calories during Physical Activity

Why do breakfast eaters seem to weigh less than breakfast skippers? Researchers from the University of Bath conducted a randomized controlled trial to uncover some potential reasons. In the Bath Breakfast Project, lean individuals who ate breakfast burned more energy during exercise than breakfast skippers. Further, breakfast eaters maintained more stable blood glucose levels over the course of the day.1
