What is your educational background? Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Michigan State University
How long have you been with Kellogg? June 2016.
What is your favorite part of your job? Kellogg foods and brands have so much tradition behind them, so it’s inspiring to be working to improve the nutrition of your childhood favorites.
What other nutrition-related jobs have you held?I have worked as a long term care clinical dietitian to help improve the nutrition of the aging population, as well as those in rehabilitation.
What do you consider an ideal breakfast? One containing healthy sources of protein, fats and carbohydrates for just the right balance! I like Special K Red Berries cereal topped with milk and almond butter, it’s like a PB&J in a bowl!
What is your favorite Kellogg food? Nutrigrain Blueberry Almond Fruit and Nut Bars.
What is your favorite Kellogg recipe? Crispix® Mix! Easy and delicious for tailgating, holiday parties or other social gatherings.
What do you like to do when you are not at work?I enjoy trying new restaurants and foods, blogging and running with my dog, Riley!
